Finally, finally posting about these! As a K-beauty junkie I've always been curious about rom&nd as a brand. Luckily, rom&nd has become a lot more accessible ever since they opened an official Shopee store! I picked up two items December last year, then two more during Shopee's 5.5 sale. I'll probably make full reviews for each of these in the near future, but for now I'll briefly go over everything and talk about what I liked and didn't like.

Here's another one of OLENS' best-sellers! I first saw these lenses three years ago, when a Korean Youtuber I follow used them in one of her GRWM videos. I think these were super popular in Korea at the time, because I kept seeing influencers using them after that. Since then I've always wanted to give these a try, so I was really happy when OLENS sent me these! They are the Russian Velvet Green* contact lenses 💚

Back with yet another contact lens review from OLENS 🥰 The lenses I'll be reviewing today have been around for a while, but they're still very popular, especially among OLENS fans. They are the Spanish Real Gray* lenses ✨

As someone whose main skin concern is hyperpigmentation, I'm always on the lookout for good brightening skincare products. While there are a lot of new products out on the market, there's one product that really worked for me but I couldn't commit to 100%. This was the TIAM My Signature C Source Serum. I first tried it in 2016 after reading about it on Fernanda Ly's Tumblr (this was EONS AGO), and I remember having a love-hate relationship with it. But back then I didn't know much about actives and skincare in general, so I've always wondered if I could make it work for me now. Thankfully I got another chance to try it thanks to StyleKorean, who sent me two products from TIAM to try, the My Signature C Source and the My Signature Vita Red Sunscreen 💕

It's October, which only means one thing—Spooky Season is here! Have any plans for Halloween yet? Since October is my birth month, I've always loved Halloween even though we don't celebrate it in the Philippines. As a child I was really into The Nightmare Before Christmas. I probably watched it more than 10 times! I guess it just kind of stuck with me, heh. For this year's Halloween I'll be staying at home (surprise), but of course that's not going to stop me from dressing up! Thankfully, OLENS sent me their new Vampire* lenses to try out 🖤

Hello friends~ Taking a quick break from churning out reviews to let everyone know what I've been up to these past few months. Not that there's a lot you can do in this pandemic, but you know. Proof of life, etc., etc. 🌱

I've been on a roll with contact lens reviews these days! If you're wondering why, it's because I only ever get to play with makeup when I shoot for lens reviews, so I've been doing a lot of them recently 😅 Today I'll be introducing yet another new design from OLENS, the Eyelighter Glowy* lenses ✨

I am back with yet another contact lens review! Some of you might remember that I previously reviewed OLENS Global's popular Scandi lenses, which are also known as BLACKPINK lenses. OLENS recently came out with a new lookbook for 2021 featuring BLACKPINK, their long-time muses and brand ambassadors, and they kindly sent me all the lenses in the collection to try. Super excited to share them with all of my BLINK friends! 🥰

If you've been following this blog for a while, you might already know that one of my holy grail products is the Snail Bee High Content Essence from Benton. Super super super HG. I've used countless bottles of the stuff, and it continues to be part of my skincare routine. Because of this I've always wanted to try more of their products, and recently I got the chance to do just that as Benton sent me two products from their Centella Line to try out! Today I'll be reviewing the Goodbye Redness Centella Gel and Spot Cream* 🌱

Hey everyone – I'm back at it again with yet another contact lens review 🥰 Earlier this month OLENS Global sent me a bunch of new lenses to try! There's A LOT and I'm super excited to get to reviewing everything, but for today I'll only be talking about one particular design—the Russian Smoky*. Released just this May, this is the newest series of contact lens produced by OLENS. It seems like these days OLENS is always coming out with new designs, and I always get super excited when they do! 💖

Had a bit of free time in between working on photos for another post (spoiler: it's contact lenses again hehe), so I thought I'd squeeze in a quick review of a recent local drugstore find—the Careline Graph-Ink Liner ✨

I realize 4 months into the new year is a bit too late to be posting about last year's favorites, but you know...time is a social construct, etc. I actually posted a quickie version of this on Twitter last December, but because it was the end of the year I was too tired and too lazy to gather my thoughts into one coherent post. So here it is, months later 😅 These are all the makeup products I loved in 2020. Not necessarily products I bought that year, but products I reached for a lot and sparked the most joy whenever I used them! 💜

It's been a while since I did a life lately post, huh? The last time I posted one was in April as well—more or less the same time one year ago. It's so funny to me (in a dark, depressing sort of way) that during that time I was complaining about community quarantine supposedly extending until June, because then we wouldn't be able to celebrate some of our friends' birthdays together. Well, surprise surprise.

Hello hello friends! :) In my previous post I mentioned that I'd be reviewing two lens collections from OLENS Global. Today I'll be reviewing the second one! Compared to the French Gold 3Con and the Scandi, this particular lens collection has been around for quite a while. If you're into K-pop, you might have seen some of your favorite idols wear these lenses before. They are the Secriss 3Con* Contact Lenses 💖

Three months late is way too late for this, but happy belated new year everyone! I hope 2021 has been good to you so far. Sorry for disappearing off the radar once again. Well, from the blogosphere at least. Being the extremely slow starter that I am, it's taking me longer than expected to get used to the ~new normal~. (I really don't like that phrase, but that seems to explain the current state of things best.) But we're slowly but surely easing back into regular scheduled programming, which includes -hopefully- regular blogposts!
Earlier this year I was contacted by OLENS Global to review two more (!!) lens collections. Today I'll be introducing the first one, which is a brand new design released just last February—the French Gold 3Con* 💖
