ClubCouture oversized knit top, pual ce cin eyelet top, vintage shorts, AsianVogue creepers.
Last week was a very happy week, mostly because my new hair brought with it lots of good vibes.. and because I received a lot of love in the mail, including packages from a couple of my lovely sponsors. One of those packages was from ClubCouture, who sent me two pieces from their collection, including the lovely oversized knit I'm wearing. It's currently my favorite piece to wear over collared tops.I intended for my whole look to be sugary sweet at first, pastel head-to-toe, but I decided to take a cue from my Zipper girls at the very last minute and wore my shiny new creepers from AsianVogue instead. Tried styling my hair to look like Mani's, too. I kind of failed.. but I like how my bangs turned out! I really should buy a decent curling iron soon. And a spiked headband would be nice, too ♥

Sometime last week, I got a text asking if I was interested in trying out Azta Urban Salon's new Ombre Color Technology service. Because I'd been meaning to get my DIY ombre (which I'd haphazardly done with a bleaching kit at home, out of boredom) fixed for quite some time, I said yes in a heartbeat. So last Friday, I visited Azta Robinson's Pioneer to finally get my caramel macchiato ombre, which has been my dream hair for a long, long time now.

I found out about Katie around a couple of years back, when I first saw photos of then-KERA model Amo-chan (also known as Amoscream) wearing a Katie 'ANGEL' cropped shirt in KERA magazine. After that, I kept seeing photos of Amo-chan wearing clothes from Katie, even after moving to Zipper. (Not sure if she's really left the KERA models roster, but I noticed that recently she's been more active on Zipper as compared to KERA.) Before moving on to Zipper, Amo-chan's style was more fairy-kei, but these days her style's become more mature, even though a lot of her clothes still had that dolly, child-like vibe. (Am I making any sense?) Which is why I thought that the brand Katie suits her so well.
A lot of the clothes from Katie, for me, have the vibe of Vladimir Nabokov's Lolita. Their 2012 S/S Collection is no different. I'm amazed at how they were able to make Amo-chan wear a see-through dress without making it look at all vulgar. In fact, everything looks just so.. innocent. Don't you think so?

Love is.. capelet, Romantic Fiona top, Love Humbly bustier dress, Accessorize tights, AsianVogue creepers, Anagon Collection cherry blossom wreath, gifted orb necklace.
Muted pink and cream all over for sweet February. Also, in preparation for Spring. Though we don't have Spring in this part of the world, it's still my favorite of all the seasons. Pastel colors seem to be the number one trend in Japan right now for the coming season, as they're all over the latest issues of Vivi and Zipper. And of course, florals never go out of style in Spring, so I wore my lovely new dress from Love Humbly Shop. Wore the cherry blossom wreath that I got from Ana last year (which I love so much but only got to photograph now) to match the prints on my dress. My ubiquitous pink creepers to finish the look, just because I can! :)
